No Refund Policy for Sarthi Cabs

At Sarthi Cabs, we strive to provide excellent service to all of our customers. Please read and understand the following terms regarding our No Refund Policy.

No Refund for Completed Rides:

  • Once a ride is completed, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the customer’s satisfaction with the service or any other circumstances.
  • The payment made for the ride is non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  Non-Refundable Charges:

  • All payments made for booking, additional charges for wait times, or any extra services are non-refundable.
  • Fees incurred due to cancellations made by the customer or delays caused by factors outside the company’s control (e.g., traffic, weather) are non-refundable.

 Cancellation by the Customer:

  • If the customer cancels a ride after booking, cancellation charges may apply, and no refund will be issued for such cancellations.
  • If a customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.

  Exceptional Circumstances:

  • In rare instances where there is an issue that causes a significant failure of service (e.g., the vehicle is unavailable, a major system error), the company may offer a goodwill gesture, but this will not constitute a refund.

  Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all ride details are correct before confirming the booking. No refunds will be issued for incorrect details or mistakes made during booking.

 Dispute Resolution:

  • For any disputes or issues with the service, customers are encouraged to reach out to our support team. While refunds are not guaranteed under this policy, each case will be reviewed individually.

 Policy Updates:

  • This No Refund Policy is subject to change at the company’s discretion. Customers are advised to review the policy periodically for any updates.
