These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sarthi Cab services (“Services”), available via our mobile application (“App”), website, and other platforms. By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

 Services Provided
Sarthi Cab connects users to drivers for transportation services through our App. These services are for personal use only and not for any commercial purpose.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

 Account Registration

Account Creation
To use the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information, including contact details and payment methods.

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities under your account.

Ride Booking & Payments

Ride Booking
You can request a ride through the App. By booking a ride, you authorize Sarthi Cab to charge your selected payment method for the calculated fare.

Fare Calculation
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and other factors such as surcharges or tolls, and are subject to change based on the service requested.

Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your ride, including applicable charges. Payment is made through the App using your preferred payment method.

Cancellation
A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel a ride after a driver has been assigned. Fees will be disclosed before the cancellation is confirmed.

User Responsibilities

Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate information during account registration, booking, and payment.

Behavior During the Ride
You agree to act respectfully toward the driver and comply with all applicable laws. Any disruptive or illegal behavior may result in ride termination and additional charges.

Property
Sarthi Cab is not liable for lost or damaged personal property during the ride. It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal items are collected from the vehicle.

Driver and Vehicle Standards

Driver Conduct
Drivers using the platform are independent contractors, not employees of Sarthi Cab. All drivers must meet local licensing, insurance, and safety requirements.

Vehicle Conditions
Vehicles used for rides must meet minimum safety standards. However, Sarthi Cab does not guarantee the condition of any vehicle beyond reasonable expectations.

Changes to Terms

Sarthi Cab reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective upon posting in the App or on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
